If item has not arrived within time period:

In some cases, you might not receive a note from the post office. 
You may then use the tracking number to track or fetch your parcel (with your ID) at the post office if the item has not been delivered within time period. Parcels arrive at the post office 1-4 days after postage

We are not responsible if the item is not fetched after 1 month, the post office will send it back to us as part of their policy. You will be charged rs80 for the re-postage of the item by us. No refund of the product.
