Delivery

Delivery is by postage only. No pick up or other delivery method available 

Exhange policy

Exchanges are acceptable only if size is in stock, no exchanges for “on order” items. If size is unavailable, exchange will not be possible and you will not be elligible for a refund (see refund policy down below)
Exchanges are done by postage method only, no possibility for in person exchange.
You will need to post the item within 7 days of receiving the item, if time limit is exceeded we will not accept the parcel

You will be charged an additional rs80 for the postage of the exchanged size 

Return policy 

No returns unless a size mistake has been made by us in which case returns are possible

in which case you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded
